Polished Concrete

We serve the Greater Toronto Area supporting Direct Clients, GCs and Architects, working on concrete projects ranging from new pours to refurbishing and polishing large and small spaces.  

How we do it

Polishing projects vary.  In some scenarios, we start by removing stains or concrete repairing floors that are old or in need of patching, and then begin the grinding process.   When the floors don't require refurbishment, we grind, and then apply a liquid densifier to harden the surface.  It makes the concrete denser (similar in feel to granite or marble), and drastically improves the floor's abrasion resistance and non-marking properties.  Then, working with increasingly fine grades of diamond disks, we finish the surface to produce a pristine 1500-3000 grit super shine, buffed to the finish of your choice.

Efficiency is key. We leverage dry diamond grit grinding techniques and high-grade vacuums, using HEPA filters to minimize dust and maintain a safe working environment.
